Message	I know the oil lines are clear, I disconnected them from the turbos when the engine was on the stand and I manually cranked the engine over until oil came out of those lines.. I would imagine that being a new engine with tight tolerances at the bearings, it would only be a matter of a second before oil made it to the turbos..
